Having two young children we had very specific needs in our (hopefully) forever home. Paul’s expertise helped us make valuable decisions on neighborhood, size, age of home, etc. He highlighted some issues we would have never thought of and could possibly regret and was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. It was especially helpful that his awesome track record helped with some offers we made. Just knowing they were dealing with a Realtor® they knew would close the deal timely and with no issues helped work in our favor. We were considered in some offers where we weren’t even the highest bidder just because they knew he was our agent. Paul was always available whether by email, text, or phone call and was always quick to respond. He was especially considerate of our schedules with work and the kids’ bedtimes. Our family has very little experience selling homes, so we wanted to make sure we worked with someone who we felt comfortable with and was easy to talk to. Paul made sure to explain everything we did not understand and always suggested different options for us when we had to make decisions. We never felt like he was steering us in a particular direction or pressuring us into making a decision we were not comfortable with. With Paul’s help, we were able to get multiple offers for our home at a time when real estate slows down during the year. Selling a home is very stressful and Paul did a good job of calming us down when we would stress out. Paul has good contacts throughout the industry, including escrow offices, stagers, general contractors, and previous clients who also have great things to say about him. In my opinion, this makes a big difference when deciding who is a good Realtor® to work with. I would also text Paul constantly throughout the process and he always responded to me. This was really important to me because I ask a lot of questions and I expect good, prompt responses. His answers to my questions also showed how knowledgeable he is about everything. When we closed escrow on our purchase, Paul was there. I’m glad that he took the time to even record a video of the moment the keys were physically handed to us. Such a good memory that we didn’t even think to take a video of. Over a week after we moved into our new home, Paul even took the time to check in on us and make sure we were ok. I don’t know if other Realtors® do this, but it’s a great personal touch I think others will appreciate as well. I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone who needs to buy or sell their home.
